Do I have to meet new or old Financial requirements???

Hi,

I am really confused after reading various posts in this forum and speaking to homeoffice helpline so seek clarification.

I am on ILR since Jan 2012. I was on PBS General before that. I switched to ILR on 10 years long residency.

My wife have been living in this country for over 10 years but became my PBS dependent in May 2011.

I now have two questions:

1) FLR(M) - If we apply for FLR(M) then what financial requirements do we have to meet. Is it post 9th July or pre 9th July. Secondly, if we meet salary requirements then does our bank statement matters? I mean if our account went over the limit last month then will that be an issue?
If we apply for flr(m) then does she become eligible for ILR after 2 or 5 years?


2) Spouse visa outside of UK - If she apply for spouse visa outside of UK then does it matter if my account went over the limit? If we apply from outside uk then does she become eligible for ILR after 2 or 5 years?
