Extra unrestricted COS outside annual allocation

Hi Forum,

Can an A-rated Tier-2 sponsor apply for an extra unrestricted COS in addition to the annual allocation quota ?

If yes, is it merely down to them paying the extra fees and the extra COS will be allocated?

If not, do they have to wait for the end of the current financial year to renew and revise their allocation quota ?

They can request additional UCOS anytime, and they pay the fees only when allocating the Ucos
