ILR - Self Employment Documents Required

Dear ILR Gurus

I'm wondering if anyone can share the experiences of getting ILR (TIER 1 route) being self employed / director of limited company.
Which company and personal tax documents are necessary and which ones good to have ? For eg:
Bank Statements
Dividend Vouchers
Company Returns
Letter from accountant etc.

Would you require to show last 5 years economic activity or just preceding 12 months?

i need this information as well as I dont have P60 for last years...
