ILR under 10 years lawful residents

HI,, Hope every one will be fine. I need your expertise to clear my confusion regarding my ILR. I am here in UK for last 9 years now, Next year in september I will be here for last 10 years. I want to file my ILR application, but one of my previous passport with three visa stamp has lost some where last month. My question is will it affect my application for ILR. I got my first and the most recent passport, but the second passport I had with three visa stamps have been lost some where. I have been here for last 10 years. I came here as a student, and currently I am on post study work visa. your guidance will be highly appreciated.
