Problem: Tier 1 payslips show first name initial only.

Hello,

I am due to apply for tier 1 extension next week at PEO and I just realise that my name printed on my payslip are shorten in form of first name initial + surname. eg. if full name is Will Smith, then payslip shows as W Smith.

Is this going to be a problem?

on my payslip also print out my NI no and Bank account sortcode and number. Can I mention these as reference to prove W Smith = Will Smith is the same person??

Name printed on bank statements are in full name form (eg. shown as Will Smith)

My company does not produce letter to explain my payslip name initial issue.

Has anyone in the same situation and got visa approval? Please share your experience with me
