Tier-1 dependent for Baby

Dear All,

I was trying to find exact list of documents which I would need for Baby's dependent visa. Can anyone please guide me to a link please?

Baby will be applying for Visa from India. I am on Tier-1 General and my wife on dependent visa.

I guess Maintenance fund will be £1800 + £900 ?

Do I need to show 12months bank statement and salary slips? or 3 months are enough?

There is no exact list as that would vary depending on the circumstances. You need to look at what the application is asking and match that to your situation.

You, the sponsor, are not making an application at the same time as your dependant so you, the sponsor, do not need to show maintenance for yourself. Maintenance for your dependant needs to have been held for 3 months.

That's the trouble isn't it..like you said the list varies..so I am assuming I would try and give as much as I can from my side (Relevant docs) such as address proof, letting agency's agreement, employment letter, maintenance fund bank statement for 3 months, baby's birth certificate and our original passports, marriage certificate and BRP.

Please feel free to suggest me if you think of any more docs.

For a dependent application these are the documents required

1) Maintenance Funds - 3 months.
2) Relationship (Birth Certificate of Child)
3) Passport of Child
4) Xerox of your passport, BRP card.
5) Xerox of your wife passport, BRP Card.
6) Cover letter from you.

No need for tenancy agreement, address proof, employment certificate.
