Set (P) ILR BRP

Post by khus9201 » Wed Aug 01, 2012 8:41 pm

Dear All,

Does the refugee need to give the BRP (fingerprint and image at post office) when applying for Set (P) ILR after completing 5 years, if the Home Office already has their data and issued Asylum card after screeing interview 6 years ago?

I will be greatful for your any help.

Hi

After the 29th of February 2012 every one has to give their Biometric details before getting any kind of UK settlement or any other type of UK visa apart from the Visit visa.

So in your case you should definitely have to give your finger prints and all the other Biometric like any other applicant.

Hope this will answer your question.
