Break in Employment - Tier 2 (ICT) to Tier 2 (G) - ILR

Hi,

I have been in UK since 2008 March on Tier 2 ICT. My last Tier 2 ICT visa expired on Feb 15th 2012. I switched to Tier 2 (G) on the first week of Feb 2012 and finished employment with my ICT sponsor on 15th Feb.

Now, I did not join the new employer until end of March(reason - I had an other offer and was negotiating with that company). Anyhow - I eventually join the guys who sponsored my CoS.

Will this break in employment(45days) have any impact on my ILR - which is due on March 2013?

It wont have any impact unless notified by your employer to UKBA
