PEO Appointment - Got a call from UKBA

Hi All

Just got a call from UKBA staff to confirm whether I will be attending my appointment tomorrow. I said yes.

I am strangely shocked a little. Never heard anyone getting a phone call before.

Is this a norm?


Anyone got a call like this?
