Tier 1 Extension Documents Check

Hi All,

Can anyone confirm if the following documents are correct for Tier1 Extension:

1. Completed Application
2. Appointment confirmation Letter
3. 12 Month bank Statements
4. 12 Months Payslip
5. Passport

I have already proved my qualifications and english language and I will be carrying it again ( just in case).

Do I need a letter from my employer?

it will be good to have your company letter stating that you are working there as xxxx and your gross yearly salary is xxxx

also include your appointment letter as well...

go to your bank and also get the balance confirmation letter as well.

all these letter is easy to get without any issue.

I would not clutter my application with all this. There is a good reason they ask for a set of documents. If they would need more, they would have asked for more.

What if some one joins just 9 months before his/her Visa expires? he cannot extend Visa ?

As long as you have sufficient income in the 9 month period to score the required points that will see you satisfying the minimum qualifying criteria, you are ok. You do not need to have worked for 12 months. Also, it may be helpful to read the policy guidance.
