Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence

My company wants to apply for the Tier 2 Sponsorship Licence.

Please can you tell me the current processing times.

I have 6 months left on my psw visa.

Is this sufficient to time to obtain the licence and also my visa..

Please let me know.

We applied in February, and we still haven't received our visa. This is an out-of-country application, might be different for in-country.

Hi ,

Force your company to apply as soon as possible. If it is first time they are applying then it might take around 6 months.

Once they have applied and if they don't get license then you can submit the application without COS confirmation by employer that they have applied for License and its UKBA that is taking long.

Average time is 5 months
