Can I qualify for ILR?

Can I qualify for ILR?

Could you please advise if i am able to apply for ILR
I am living in uk since September 2007 (working holiday visa May 2007 to May 2009)
Start working as a full time employee since Dec 2007
In 2009 April i applied as a non EEA family member and got visa for 5 years, expires in Jan 2015.
I am working full time since Dec 2007 and paying lot of tax.
Would I qualify for ILR or not?
