Payments method from Pakistan other than Credit Card

I am in Karachi,Pakistan, and I came to know from my one friend whos brother got HSMP, he has used Demand Draft from Money Exchange Company like Khanani Kalia, you have to get Demand Draft from them in Pound sterling of actual amount, Khanani Kalia will charge you little more money for their comission for making this.

first ask from HO by email or phone as DD is not mentioned in HO guidance and they said methid except will not b accepted

u can also use someone else credit card for this purpose. I used someone else card with his signature on form

Thank you, both postal order or cheque are only for UK ppls, so the only thing left is Credit Card

I have got the following response from HSMP helpdesk but still in confusion regading payment issue.

Thank you for your e-mail.

Payment can be made by:-

Cheques drawn in sterling on a UK bank account;
UK postal order; or
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro).

Payment by any other method will not be accepted.

I had submitted draft of citibank Lahore. My case was approved in July 2006.

Surely you have a friend or relative with a credit card? Just pay them the money and use their credit card for the payment.
