Hello all

I am currently on a tier 2 General visa which expires on the 14th of October 2012. My husband is my dependant and moved to the UK in June this year. I will be applying for PR based on 10 year residency towards the end of August. But I have now heard that with the biometrics being introduced for PR, processing times for ILR have increased. My query is on what form can my husband apply for an extension as my dependant till I get my passport back? He can not apply for ILR as we have been married only a year and he moved to the UK only 2 months ago.
