Dependant - Birth Certificate required ?

Dependant - Birth Certificate required ?

Hi All,

I am about to submit the application for Tier 1 Dependant application for Tier 1 Dependant for my wife and 2 month old baby in India.

Do I need to submit Birth Certificate of my daughter born in India. Is it a mandatory or "nice to have" document ? Should her passport be enough for DOB and Relationship proof ? As birth certificate is Hindi and i have to get it translated.

Please suggest.

yes you need to attach the birth certificate and it should be in english..
