hi all, i just need a sort of education, i have a friend who has a student visa till the end of the year, he wants to settle but he impregnated a british and gave birth,but the lady doesnt want to get married and this now push us to see a solicitor to know if he can get a settlement visa to stay here as a father of a british citizen.is this possible please enlighten me because a lawyer said its possible but am afraid he just want some money.. and please if it is possible,how long can it take ..
