Tier 2 ICT Short Term (Fast Track/BEP) visa delayed

I applied for Tier 2 Short Term Visa under BEP (Fast Track) on 6 August 2012, for me and my wife. The status was changed to "Application under process at British High Commission" on 11 August. I was expecting to receive my visa earlier, but didnt get it till now. VFS people have no clue. Any experience or advice?

So when did you finally receieve?
Did you use the fast track service at VFS? Because their timeline is 2 working days I guess?
Was this the first you were applying for a visa to UK?
