Post by amar120 » Wed Aug 22, 2012 5:32 pm

Hi All,

I have recently got my Tier 2 visa which is sponsored by my company for whom i am working for last 1 year.
Now i am looking to move to new job. I want to know about process of changing the sponsor and under which category i can apply the visa and what documents do i need.

Thanks in advance.

You would, effectively, be making a new Tier 2 application from inside the UK, will all of the requirements necessary for a Tier 2 application, including salary and RLMT, and the only concession being you would not be capped by the annual limit on entry clearance in this category.

Hi, I have a premium appointment tomorrow morning and am submitting my current passport, BRP, old passport, 2 photos & visa fee payment sheet along with the application form. My sponsor has certified maintenance on the CoS, so I am not taking any bank statements and I am not submitting English language evidence as I had already submitted it in my previous Tier 2 (General) application.

Is this list of documents enough ?
Or am I missing something ? Is rental agreement (address proof) needed ?
