Need help in starting another company.

Hi All,

I have applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa in July with one company register.
But now I am thinking of starting a new business.

Could you please confirm if I can register and start a new business.

Can I run both business simultaneously.

Yes.
You can register and run another business if you want.

many thanks ram for your reply.

I am worried because I havent received my visa yet.
And in application I have attached all information about my first business. This business is currently going on and I am looking to expand it.

But now I am struck with one more business idea and I want to start to work on that to, but in that I will be working with another government organizations.

So I am not sure to register new company or not.
As I am not sure about UKBA's reply on this.

Do I have to inform then about my new business?

Please advice.

What date you registered your first company which you used for applying the visa and what date you applied for visa?

First company Register in June
Applied for visa in July
Under this company I am currently negotiation on contract.
Currently I am waiting for decision.

Now I am thinking of registering another company with another field.

Do i have to inform ukba with "Change of circumstances form"?

I personally don't think so that you need to.
Is it not possible to the same company for this new trading? Because one company can do multi tasking, mean do more than one businesses.

And you registered company in June and applied in July, is only one month gap, is it not that you should wait atleast three months to become eligible for application?

To reduce further complications I am thinking of starting new company.

I am sure both these companies can give me good work.

As I am planing to register 2nd company while my application is with UKBA i am not sure what i am suppose to do.

As per UKBA site :

What can you do while you are in the UK?

Your permission to stay will be subject to the following conditions:

you will have no access to public funds, which means that you will not be able to claim most benefits paid by the state;
you must register with the police if required under paragraph 326 in Part 10 of the Immigration Rules; and
you cannot take any employment other than working for the business or businesses that you have established, joined or taken over.

You can have as many companies/businesses as you want. There's no problem whatsoever.
