Hi Everyone
My wife was granted UK spous visa from Pakistan (visa valid from date 14/02/11 valid 14/05/13).
When can we submit an ILR application - i.e. how many months before the expiry of her visa?

She has to spend 24 months = 2 years in UK

When did your wife enter the UK on her spouse visa? She can apply no earlier than 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of this entry date....and no later than 14/05/13

She entered the UK on 29th of March so she was well within the time limit she could stay outside the UK.
So are you saying if her visa valid from date is 14/02/2011 then she can only apply for ILR on 01/02/2013 and no earlier - correct?

If she entered on the 29th March, she can't apply any earlier than 28th February 2013. This will be 28 days before the 2nd anniversary of her entry date.
