SAR longer than 40 days

Guys,

I requested SAR and received an ack from ukba, its been more than 40 days and I havent heard back from them.
Is that normal? should I contact them?

I wrote them a letter to the same address and recieved it 5 days later, I think someone at HO forgot to post it...

One more question: It only has my one landing card and thats it, is it the case for every one?
