Query in SET(O) ILR- Urgent need...please help

Can anyone explain this section in set (O) ILR regarding age assessment.
At the moment I am 34 years old.At the time of my intial application for HSMP or TIER1 i was 29 years old.
So are they asking me the present age and tick against it or are they asking me for current age.
Do I qualify for any points

Applications for indefinite leave to remain where an applicant has had, leave as a Writer, Composer or Artist, Self Employed Lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the rules in place before 6 April 2010
Under 28 years of age
20 points
28 or 29 years of age
10 points
30 or 31 years of age
5 points
