Accountant - how to check if they are qualified

how to check if accountants are qualified ACCA's ? i googled it and found that my accountant is ACCA approved Business Advisor. but the certifications and technical qualifications are blank? how to confirm whether they are qualified Accountants??

From ACCA website.. they maintain the register of accountant, you should look for accountant who holds acca practicing certificate.
