PEO Croydon - Decission not given the same day

I applied for extension with 2 dependants. After submitting the docs and getting the Biometric done, I was told to wait for 2 hrs. After 2hrs they said that since IT systems are down, we will let you know later. Also they said that we will call me to ask if whether we should post the docs(passport + extra) or I will come and collect that.

I asked them twice whether my visa got approved or not. they said that everything is fine and we will send you the letter by post. Still I am confusing whether my visa got approved or not.

I showed earning from 2 employers. 1 full time and 1 part time.
I submitted salary slips from full time employee for 12 months and submitted letter from the part time employer showing the gross and net earning plus the NI deducted for 7 months

It has been 7 days and I haven't heard from them yet..

Is anybody faced the same issue.. Please let me know and suggest me on this.

Update : 30/Aug/12:
Got the Biometric cards for me and my wife, but not my daughters. Lets hope it comes soon.
Havent got my passport and other documents yet.
Also got the visa starting from the date of previous visa's expiry date
