Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Hello there...

I am just wondering anyone has successfully got Tier 2 General Visa from Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer ? I am asking this because what I could see from other posts that people are getting a refusal letter from home office for some reason or the other. So i thougth of checking with you guys before applying itself.
