Dear Friends,
I was wondering if somebody could advise me on below issue please.
I am applying for Tier-1 extension (currently already on Tier-extn) and was using the PBS Calculator.
Additional supporting Information:
HSMP Approval Letter received - Nov 2007
HSMP Visa applied - Jan 2008
Tier-1 extension - Jan 2010

What should i write for below queries on the PBS Calculator:

1. Enter the date of your first successful Tier 1 application.
Should it be the date of HSMP approval letter or Date of Tier-1(General) visa?

2. Enter your age at the date of your application for your first permission to stay as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, Highly Skilled Migrant, Writer, Composer or Artist or Self-Employed Lawyer .
Ans: I guess this is the age at the time when i received the 1st Approval HSMP letter ?


3. How do i qualify for qualifications? Should i assume that the my initial points of Bachelors degree are still acceptable; as i understand Bachelors degree is closed currently

1. This should be the date of your very first application, if you read carefully the help shows exact date that you need to type in. In your case it should be 29 Feb 2008.

2. Age when you got your initial hsmp approved.

3. Now, as you have typed 29 Feb 2008, and when you select your qualification, you will get the relevants points.
