Tier 1 Maintenance Fund

Hello All,


Can I(main applicant) use my dependant's bank statement as the evidence for maintenance funds if I am applying only for my tier 1 visa extension i.e. If I am not applying along with the dependant application, Can I use bank statement which is on my dependants name?

Please advise?

No, and not even if you were applying together. The PBS migrant always needs his or her own funds. Now if it were a joint bank account with your partner, that would be different!

Joint account will do but only dependent name in the account is not accepted by HO
