Tier 1 Dependent form Question

Hi,

I'm filling the dependant form of my 9 month old child. There is option on page 40 in Section 4 - Supporting Documents where it says "Evidence of care arrangement if you are under 18 years old". Any idea what is this?

Did you guys get an answer? How about your application what document did they actually want?
