Tier 1 - Dependent (Outside UK) - Address Proof - URGENT PLS

Post by santosh_kalluri » Mon Sep 10, 2012 1:39 pm

Hi Guys,

Can the Tier 1 (General) dependent show proof of the main applicant's residence status as Bank and Credit card statements as any 2 proofs please? I have been living in a shared acco and dont have any tenancy agreement or residential bills other than the bank and credit card online statements showing my old address.

I did read the guide but just need a quick opinion from a senior member if this is fine.

Thanks a lot,
Santo.

I am not sure whether its mandatory to supply address proof. I submitted following docs for my wife's visa application and got it approved:

Complete List of Supporting Documents Enclosed –
• Passport
• Photo – Passport Size
• Marriage Certificate and marriage Photo
• Bank Statement for Savings Account (Account number)
• Copy of Husband’s Passport
• Copy of Husband’s Visa
• Husband’s employment letter
