need to change address SET(O) ILR

Hi All,
I sent my SET(O) form based on 10 year rule and received acknowledgement letter so far but not biometric one. Im currently a PBS student. I need to move in new address. so how can I change my address to UKBA.

I did search and found 2 options.
1. Migrant change of circumstance form.
