Thread to share EC experience after new HSMP rules

All those who recently got their EC, please share your EC experience. Has something changed on EC front after these changes in HSMP rules?

One thing I got to know from this forum is that they are asking for medical check up. Does that mean, we need to submit medical reports (x-ray etc) along with EC application?

Has anything else changed?
