Childs first passport after MN1

Hi,

My wife and I were granted ILR in August 2012. Our daughter was born before our ILR and her BC registration (MN1) is under process. I wish to know what would be the documents required to apply for her British Passport once the BC registration is successful? I have read most of the posts in the forum on this but stil a bit hazy on the ecact list of documents. Please help.
