Duration of work with an employer

Hi

I am on PSW and recently got job, however my visa will expire in 5 months 15 days, If my employer wish to sponsor me I am worried about the minimum time of work.

Do I need to work for more than six months to apply my visa?

Thanks for the message well I heard that my employer need to do a resident market test if I work for less than six months even though I had my PSW, please let me know if its is true

kindly could you please provide reference of document or link where you read that employer need to do resident market test if you are working with employer for less than six month.

As per my knowledge and understanding as long as you have full time permenant job and with appropiate salary as per your SOC code you dont need to worry abt the minimum working time of 6 months with the employer.
