HI,
My friend went for appt at Sheffiled. Simple case(emp+self emp).
They said they need to do further enquiries.
Is it common now with them tightening immigration?
Anyone else experienced this?

cannot be a simple case, they have to do the proper check to verify the income.

and yes they are now very tight on visa extensions, they are so many fellows on this forum whose cases have been deffered just for further check.

so dont worry its now a normal practice, and Sheffield office does alot.
