how long dependent can stay out of UK in one stretch as per latest rules?
I have heard that 3 months is the maximum absence time acceptable in last 2 years and 180 days is the maximum absence acceptable in last 5 years before ILR application but nothing confirmed
Can someone who has recently applied or knows from others experience can please put some light on this?
Is more than 3 months continuous absence in one stretch is acceptable for dependent at the time of ILR application?
