Tier 1 dependant visa urgent question!

Hi everyone,
If I have less than one year left on my Tier 1 visa, can my wife and child still get dependent visa from overseas?

Or is it better we wait until after i have got indefinite leave to remain?

Yes, then can but their leave will be limited to your current Tier 1 status.
