Spouse Visa

Hi there,

I came in UK in october 2003 and I have been on transfer work permit as I am employed with an Indian Company who is having offices in different countries. I have switched to Spouse Visa last month.Do I need to update this to employer.OR this is something personal and doesn't affect anything.

Pls Guide.
