Is ILR dependant possible from India ?

Is ILR dependant possible from India ?

Hi All,

My wife is on FLR dependant and will be eligible for ILR this december. There is some family issue and she has to go to India now and will be there for 6 months.

Can she apply for ILR dependant from India ? Any further advise will be really helpful.

Indefinite leave to remain can only be applied for from inside the UK.

The only "ILR depdendant" visa is the "spouse / partner of a settled person" visa ... which can be applied for from outside UK.
