BRP - tier1 - error - timeline

I have received my BRP but there was an error in my name.

I have sent BRP and passport by post as it is stated in the guidance for cases like this.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get passport back?

And how long it takes to get the new BRP?

I know it states 10 working days. But every time when I did business with UKBA it took at least 4 times longer than is says on their sites ...

I have business trip in two weeks ...

From your personal experience HOW LONG IT ACTUALLY TAKES TO GET PASSPORT AND THE NEW BRP?
