My company is going to offer me a tier 2 general work permit visa. They have a sponsorship license.
I was hired as a graduate developer 8 months ago. My salary is 23000.
According to the salary requirement document from the UKBA website my job description kind of matches this description
Title : Graduate Developer
Description :" This job function is used to classify all programmers and
developers who essentially have less than six months
commercial experience of programming. This includes new
graduates in IT or related technology degrees.".
Required Salary : 22300
When i joined this company i did not have any experience, and now i have 8 months experience. Does the description needs to match when i joined the company or does it need to match my current status. My title and my workload remains the same, but according to the description it says that the person should have less than 6 months experience. and now i have 8.
