Appointment booked and cant attend.

Asking this question on behalf of my friend..

He had booked and appointment PEO and is not attending .. He wants to cancel that online but the appointment doesnt show in his account . So he called and they say that do it online. But he have a confirmation email stating the appoointment is booked.

is that a problem that he dont cancel it and dont attend it..

he is worried.
