Are people/lawyer over booking thro the systems true/false?

Hello,

Just wanted to confirm this hoax. I have heard that only 6 weeks prior dates are released by Home office online system for same day bookings for renewing the leave to remain application (popularly knows as window application among the desi community). However its being speculated that immigration lawyers are able to book more than that, and have all the dates or any date of the year available at their disposal to book any appointment for their client,resulting in no dates for the people who want to do file their case by themselves?
