Question for new rule - with in 28 days

Hi,

As per the new rule from UKBA here

What is the last date for applying if my visa is expiring on 10 December 2012

This 28 days are before expiring (10 Dec 2012 minus 28 days = XX November 2012) or after expiring 28 days (10 Dec 2012 plus == YY Jan 2012)

Can some please confirm & calculate the actual date

If you have made a valid application before your current visa expires then it gets extended automatically under section 3C after last date of current leave until a decision has made on your application.

In that case, if ones application for further leave to remain gets refused then 28 day period will start from decision date as technically your current leave will end on decision date of current valid application.

Actually I was looking for some body to fill the XX && YY

But I think I can apply before 09 Dec 2012 in any way as I am going PEO
