British Passport

Hi. I have applied for my first British passport after naturalisation by PO Check and Send. The guy at the PO said only the current passport needs to be sent. I have heard that the passport on which you first entered the UK also needs to be sent. As this was on a cancelled passport, it was not sent. Should I be sending this passport as well? I have already sent the application ...can I send these passports now? If so, how do I do it? Thanks in advance.

Don't worry. It will be fine. No need to send the passport now.
