Inviting family from abroad on Citizenship Ceremony

Post by shabanaimrank » Tue Oct 02, 2012 7:21 am

Hi,

I was wondering if I can get an experts advice on this.

I have received my british citizenship approval letter and my ceremony is on 24th october.

Will it be possible to invite my brother and sister from india to join me for my ceremony on the 24th october? If so what will I have to do?

Many thanks,
Shabs

If this is a public ceremony you will need to check with the council if there are restrictions to the number of guests.

They will need to apply for a visa. M
