Cardiff PEO - Limited Company Director

I work as an IT contractor through my limited company and have booked PEO appointment at cardiff.

Anyone got successful outcome being a limited company director and applied at Cardiff PEO?

I think Cardiff PEO does not deal with Ltd Company Director applications. Please check.

They are most likely will accept your application but may not give you result same day.
You will get following email from Cardiff Home Office about one week before your appointment. See email below...

"Dear Customer,



Thank you for booking your appointment with the Cardiff PEO.



PLEASE NOTE



FLR (M) AND SET (M) CASES:



There are new rule changes which came into force on July 9th, for all FLR M and Set M applications. Please ensure you check our website (http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/) for details and make sure you have printed off the new application form that applies from this date.



TIER 1 GENERAL CASES:



If you are applying for a Tier 1 General visa and are self employed, a director of a company, or part self-employed/ employed, please be aware that it is highly likely that we will not be able to outcome the case on the same day and it is highly likely it will be necessary to send it to a specialist Tier 1 General team in Sheffield. The PEO will be unable to provide you with a timescale for the processing of your cases.

If you choose to submit an application of this nature you should be aware that the premium PEO fee will not be refunded. You are strongly advised in these circumstances make a postal application, due to the complexity of these cases.

Please can you respond to this e-mail within the next 24 hours to confirm you are attending your appointment and tell us the following information:



1. The date and time of your appointment

2. Your full name and date of birth

3. What type of Visa application you are applying for

4. If you have any dependants

5. Full names and date of birth of any dependants



Unfortunately due to high levels of demand for this service, failure to respond could result in the cancellation of your appointment.
