Tier 1 extension - Pay and dividends

Hi All,

Iam just about to go for tier1 visa extension, I have got a doubt regarding pay and dividends. Every month, i had done a single transaction from my business account taking previous month pay and dividend for a month together. But i have got all the payslips and dividend vouchers with me. Iam planning to explain this in the cover letter in a detailed manner. moreover iam about to get a letter from my accountant showing my monthly wise pay and dividend details. Is this letter adequate to answer my earning proof?

Iam bit worried about this. can anybody give their views.
