Tier - 1 General Extension Ltd Company Dividends

I am going to apply for Tier 1 extension next january.I am running IT Consulting company and i am only drawing dividends.I am not taking any salary from my ltd company.Is there any problem if I take only dividends from my company and not any salary.For the first half of the year I was in full time employement but for the last five months I am only doing my IT business.

Can anyone please clarify??I have spoken to my accountant and he said its fine to take only dividends.

Your accountant is correct there are no issues for you to claim points only on dividends as long as you acquire the required points.
