Spelling of my name

HI,I will be applying for my UK settlement visa soon from karachi... my question is My passport has the my name spelt as Sahar where as my IELTS certificate is spelt as Sehar which also has my photo identity...how far is spelling of my name important for the application...can UKBA refuse my application on this...what can i do in this case? I recently got my new passport...
