Entry/exit stamps

Hi All,

I am documenting my absences from UK and have not been able to find some of the entry/exit stamps on my passport.

Couple of questions in this regard:
1. Do they put exit stamps in Canada or only entry stamps (like UK)? I can find the entry stamps in my passport but not the exit stamps.
2. If I travel from Paris to London on Eurostar, will they put an exit stamp in Paris? For journey made by flight I can find French entry and exit stamps but for Eurostar journey, I didn't find a French exit stamp.

These are obviously not general knowledge questions. But I guess there will be members of this forum who would have travelled from these locations and can help me.
